  1. Complete the application now. On the final page, choose “Save pre-fill & authorize later submission.” Saving an unfinished draft alone does not authorize submission.
  2. We submit it for you when applications open.
  3. You do not need to be online. Your phone or computer can be off. We will email you when the application is actually submitted.

Pre-filling does not reserve a place or give priority. Your submission time is recorded when the application actually goes through. Nothing is charged when it submits.
